I am just curious about something.  There used to be a $10 confirmed insert range, BEY 2.61 - 2.74.  Now the range has changed to 2.660 - 2.740, dropping 50k notes.  How can part of a confirmed range become unconfirmed?  I'm not stirring the pot.  I merely find it strange that something that is reported as confirmed can suddenly change.  Are there many more confirmed ranges of inserts that have been determined by speculation?

The old 2.610 - 2.745 (3 blocks of 45,000 notes) range was determined by the data that was available at the time.
The 2.612, 2.620, 2.630, 2,646 inserts (and maybe more) are now known as Single Replacement Notes, and their range are very small: 1000 to 4000 notes.
Also, the searchers dicscovered that blocks are of 40,000 notes instead of 45,000. Searchers determined (by maths) that  the block which enclose the lowest SHEET replacement note found should begin at 2.660...
The new range encloses 2 complete blocks of 40,000 notes (2.660 - 2.740).

There was a phone converstaion regarding how the 40K reams instead of them bring 45K in early February.  No changes were going to be made to reflect the claim, unless evidence was cited.
Thus the creation of BlackBoxMystery-01 and -02.  The 40K reams were actually and "after-discovery" in the process of trying to lay out the FP/BP positions.

The article was mailed hard copy to GP right before his March newsletter (yes the one with all the changes), and upon inspection, found to be correct for the notes in question.  The blessing was given from GP himself for me to publish the article in advance of his March newsletter (article published on line Feb 23rd I believe).
It was applicable to the $5s, but upon sampling roughly 7000 notes, it was found to be accurate in the BABN $10s and $20s $50s and $100 as well, HOWEVER, all with a unique starting point.

$5s: 40 on from start of upgraded series
$10s: BEY 2005 and forward
$20s: ALB 2M-4M range somewhere. Not too important to nail that one down.
$50s: AHH 7M. or area  (more samples needed)
$100s: Still determining.

Thus, sheet replacement notes are now in 4 out of 5 cases, BANG ON in regards to their placement within the reams.
