Just wondering if this is still considered a rotator or not?

SORRY Just found my Charltons Guess NOT :(

Doesn't the BOC realize the money they could save on ink by making a one with just one straight line ??? And at the same time, make me a happier person 8)

You know squids, Da BoC may consider taking the Serifs off da ones starting wit APB so the Gov could put a teeny bit more money in his pocket. (almost)  ;D, but don fret mon, da 'Almost rotators' will someday catch on fire like da 'almost solids','almost radars', an mon's favorite almost... da 'almost errors'. Hang on dis one Squid, it can be an almost gold mine.

Remember our niche marketing plan? : Past lives birthday notes sell great to Buddists and New Age people! We just gotta find them  ;)

Tink almost happy tots,
