10$ 2004 -fake

Here's a phoney 10$ 2004 found in Quebec city, compared to a real one:

Paper texture feels pretty much like a real one; ink doesn't run with water.
I think it might have been bruised on purpose to hide the imperfections.
Serial # caught my eye first...
