 I think this would sell on ebay for around $30.

 If it was my birth year I'd pay more than $30.

I don't think there are too many 13-year-olds who collect obsolete paper money.

No, but there are likely people who collect birthday/birthyear notes for people who are 13 yrs old.

Exactly. I have been collecting and have actually purchased a number of notes from people on this forum to start a collection for my daughter who just turned 13 in June of this year . Thought it was a good age to see if they are interested enough in it to actually become a future collector.  I figure if I pass anything down, I would like her to know what it's worth.   And not just sell things at face :'(

I bought this from Sam as a gift for my relative because:
[1] birth year for his daughter, and
[2] parent's first name is exactly B & M (extra bonus)
