This bill has obviously gone through a washing machine, or something.  But it seems odd that ALL of the security strip would wash off....
serial #AOU7259581.  It's diffeniately note counterfit.

The "GHOST" image is there, the circles in the pupils are visable, the micro fibres can be pulled off, etc... every security feature I know of checks out.

here is a picture of the back, which looks normal, so I could imagine that the bill was folded with the back on the inside, the only abnomality on the back is that the third  holographic line on the left is starting to come off.
