I keep seeing 1954 replacements for well over book value. ($50-$200 over book-Or more)
Why is this?

 It's not that the notes are over priced. It's that the catalogue is a little behind the market trends and should be updated.

 The catalogue is only a guide and buyers will determine the value by paying what they believe is a fair price.
