The Bank of China has released an impressive 10 Yuan note to commemorate the 2008 Beijing Olympics. This note will probably be difficult to locate as only 6,000,000 (six million) were printed!

If there are 6 million printed with 7 digits in the serial numbers then there would be 6,000 radars.

Unfortunately for a major event that started August ( 8/8/2008 on 8:08pm) there won't be a solid 8. JO 8888888, only JO 5888888. The solid would really be worth something in the Honk Kong Auction.  :o

Just a coincidental footnote: this was posted just on the 88th topic and the 88th view. Unreal isn't it?

I was browsing on the Internet and I saw this link.  Just imagine..... what is the chance of getting one of these notes.  1 out of 200 people in China can obtain ONE 10 yuan note.  I'll be on the search to obtain one......wish me luck.  ;D ;D ;D

i think 1 million has about 1000 radars if my math is correct. 6 million would be about 7000 radar? 0-6 is 7 numbers. :S
