Hi again!
I have heard that some people try to collect banknotes that are as close to the changeover number as possible. I have never met anyone that collects in this manor but if there is someone here that does I thought I would share this note with them. I recently purchased a 1923 shinplaster series J serial number 604,997 signed McCavour-Saunders. If I'm correct the signature changes to Campbell-Clark at 605,001 making this note within 3 notes of the change.

Cheers Bill

Hi!
I had thought someone else was aware of the closeness to the changeover number.  If not it would have sold for much less, it's not in that good a condition but I thought it should carry a premium hence my higher bid.

Cheers
