If Possible.. 

Anyone have the price for (VG-UNC) for this note?  I don't see a date really anywhere.

I think it was a promotional note from the Railway/Banks?

Any info and pricing if someone has any would be appreciated.

I've seen them offered in the $50-$150 range in Unc although the higher price is probably too high.
