Very interesting using Photoshop, it's a very good idea. I would have never thought to compare the colors

I used to be a teller 3 months ago but started a new job.  IMO, a proper ink smear.  Note the erratic smearing on the top left of the note, not consistent with the stamps I used to stamp.

Also, tellers generally stamp a bundle in the centre of the note, so I would assume that the error would be more centered if it were a teller stamp.
