Regards the green serial # bill :
a) an original note --- I was leaning twords it being good .
Now - I was wondering why the plachettes are not glowing ?? The bill glows a bit -
but not like the piece of every day paper does ...
b) so bleach alters only one serial number- here the left side- and probably differs by denomination .

c) As indicated bleached = it most likely has been washed --> so it has shrunk a lot - this accounts for it being 'smaller ' .
d) For the design differences I will start a different thread .

As side note : neat UV effects on the previous series 2 $ bill where the left
red serial number turns bright
orange .
