 It took me awhile to find it too but the zero in the top left counter seems to be missing.

I have no idea what something like this would be worth or if it could be manufactured.

The 10 is inked on the note over the hologram strip, so the ink could rub off as this appears to be a circulated note. It appears to me that the 0 is still there, but very light. Looking at the coat of arms, it does not appear to be missing any ink on the right side, so I would question this being a printing error.

I personally would not think too much of this.
