For my part, no.
But I always though that all the notes printes had to pass through the BoC, who puts it's own band (or this bans is put on behalf of the BoC. But it's the first time that I see a printer's band, as if this brick came directly from the printer, not from the BoC.
It's maybe a cost cutting measure: the BoC orders the notes from the printer and redirect the bricks to the banks...
