I got this in change today! It may be one of the best finds I've ever found in circulation. When I first glanced at it, I thought  Hmmm...BPN is not a valid prefix...then I realized that two letters of the prefix are mismatched and also the last digit in the serial number. Although it shows honest wear and a small margin tear, I have a feeling that it's worth a bit more than face value!  :D
