The SNDB states not to enter runs of sequential notes.  Perhaps this should be allowed.  It shows that these notes have been checked for errors, mis-matched serial numbers, and also increases the value of notes checked and entered in the SNDB.

I decided against entering sequential runs of notes because it provides no value in terms of research (the best data is a bundle or two of circulated and assorted notes), and because it misleadingly inflates the counts of notes seen per prefix, etc. If one prefix shows 1,000 notes from one prefix (but they're all sequential), how does that compare to a prefix with 25 notes that are not sequential and seen coast-to-coast?

For the foreseeable future, sequential runs of notes will not be permitted.
