Hey guys so i want some opinions here. I have this 10 dollar bill that i got today. I checked it and it has every security feature, however there's something  bizzare about it. The ghost image, the metallic strip and the dashes that form a black line when held up to light all say 20, and the ghost image is of the queen. But it has all the security features, just some of them are of the wrong number. I checked the printing on it and as it gets smaller is it still perfectly legible (i took a picture and zoomed in) and i even checked it under UV light a it says in red and yellow bank of canada, etc.

What are the chances tis is a misprinted bill? If so what could it be worth?

Any ideas??

Welcome to the forums. If you could provide pictures it would be a lot easier to tell you what you have!

Is it a BTT or BTU note?

Yes it is a confirmed error. There are a bunch of BTT and BTU notes that exhibit this error.

This happened because someone at the printing company that prints the money fed in $20 paper rather than $10 paper when printing these $10 notes.

Similar notes in roughly the same condition have been valued around $500. Of course, this is just a ballpark.

Nice find. These things are virtually impossible to find now, as not many made it out into circulation.
If you look around the forum you will find post related to this notes, and it will give you some insight as to how it happened. http://www.cdnpapermoney.com/forum/index.php?topic=9784.60

You're missing a digit. FPN/BPN also requested.

Thanks!
