Possible error?

Hey everyone,

Finally got around to picking up my first 2 notes.  I noticed at the bank on the first note a there are 2 lines going across the holographic face and it goes towards the bottom of the note.  It also goes on an angle.

The second bill I got doesn't have this.  I have attached photos/scans of my bills. 

Has anyone else seen this on their notes?
