No this is not an error. I was surprised to see that the security thread on the note had separated from the paper and I could put a piece of paper through it. Notice that the security thread on the upper portion came off.
I have not seen this before but thought of sharing it here. With proper care someone could easily fabricate this into an error note like the removal of the hologram.
