...there is an auction on eBay for 1,000 UNC 1967 $1 notes without serial numbers.  That's $20 per note, folks!  O:-)

If you look at the offers page, it seems that there have been multiple declined offers going back as far as December 2011!

Almost as bizarre is another auction where someone had BCS grade and slab a 1967 $1 note without serial numbers:
