The signature looks authentic to me.   Most likely post-Senior Deputy Governor (after retirement) in the 70s. The signature is a bit fragile at the end.... A bit of shaking of the hands (due to old age).

I don't think it's authentic... everyone has key markers to their signatures. In this case the first marker that jumps out to me is the upward stroke from the "R" to the "B" and then the placement of the dot above the "I" instead of below...

Just my opinion...

I too think it looks real  All the strokes look very close with the exception of the first "e".  But, I still think it all looks good.

This one is a tough one for me... at first glance I would've said no... then yes... and then I was back to no...

The biggest problem with this individuals signature is that it OUT in the public so much it's easy for someone to get a hold of it and practice it.

I would say you would need some provenance.. otherwise I personally wouldn't accept it.

That looks real to me.  No two signatures are exactly the same, but all the key patterns of the signature are there.  I can't imagine it adds a ton of value, but looks real.

Notes with *courtesy signatures* seem to be coming up for sale more and more.  Since ImageShack is not working at the moment, I can only provide the item numbers...

I would think if someone was going to take the time to fake  the signature ,they would  put the dot for the  "i"  in the right place. Therefore i think its  good. As for added value  ??
