Just saw it while browsing....

I wonder where they came from ....... considering what that seller has been selling lately.  ::)

How much did you pay for it?

2 Minutes of my life, that I will never get back.

Fake. Absolutely fake! I hope no one ends buying this for more than $1 because that's what they are worth.

The winning bid (?winning? if you can call it that!) was $21.61 USD.  Hope the buyer wasn't a new collector because getting burned like this could just turn him or her off our great hobby.

I can't believe somebody would butcher:

a) a perfectly good 1954 note and...
b) a perfectly good sheet of 1973 ones?

I am a pretty inexperienced collector so I asked the guy if they were real before the auction ended.  This is what he said.  "A small Queen Elizabeth portrait was cut out from a real 1967 note and is attached to the uncut sheet by a small piece of Scotch tape. Can be removed if you like. "
