Steinberg Money

From what i understood Steinberg's (Quebec supermarket chain) briefly issued their own money for a very short period of time in the early 80's. The money looked very similar to that of Canadian Tire. Has anyone ever heard of this currency before and might have more info as to what denominations were issued and how rare they are. About 10 years ago i saw some up for sale at a Nuphilex event but i don't remember what denominations were there and i dont remember how much they were priced at. I would like to acquire some.
