Over the past three years, we have run several contests in conjunction with the
Serial Number Database:
The winning continues here at the Canadian Paper Money Forums! This is the seventh of the
Paul Wallis Memorial SNDB Contests in memory of the founder of this website, Paul Wallis who passed away in late 2010. The contests are supported by several individuals, including:
- twoinvallarta: Donated $500 towards prizes and shipping expenses
- Robert Pepping: Provided the prizes for the Jan. 2012 contest at a reduced cost
- www.polymernotes.org by Stane Straus: Donated the prizes for the Aug. 2011 contest
- Bob: Donated the prizes for the Aug. 2012 and Jan. 2013 contests
- AZ: Donated the prize for the Mar. 2013 contest
- robb4640: Donated the prize for the Nov. 2013 contest

The Serial Number Database has been loaded up again with a secret number. The first forum member to add a note to the SNDB that matches that secret number will win the catalogue! The odds of winning are about 1:1000. The more notes you add to the SNDB, the better chance you have of winning.
To enter the contest, simply add your notes to the Serial Number Database!If the SNDB declares you a winner, you need to email me a scan or photo of the winning note to confirm that you actually have it. If you've already deposited the note back to the bank, or if you've spent it or can not otherwise produce proof of possession, your win will be disqualified. Standard parcel shipping within Canada is included in this prize. Estimated prize value: CAD$30.00. There is one prize available to be won. Only notes entered to the SNDB after the start of the contest are eligible to win. Members may only win at most one SNDB prize in any six month period.
