CDN dollar bill longer than normal, off register

I have dollar bill, 1954 series, in very good condition with no folds or creases and crisp.

This bill is 15.55 cm in length which is longer than normal.

It is off register and the scan shows a line at the top left of the note which is, I believe, part of a different note.

I do not know where to begin in assessing it's value would like to ask for an opinion.
