1937 $20 note with a misprint?

I have two 1937 $20 notes.  One has a single period after Towers signature and the other has two periods.
Does this make one of them more valuable?
Serial number of note with 2 periods is E/E 0590510
I have attached a photo.

It is weird.  The system tells me that the attachment is made, but when I post it the photo is not attached.
