Time zone

How to set the forum time zone? It's set to a zone three hours away and I can't find the setting anymore.

I'm not sure exactly where the setting is either.  I tried changing it for you... hopefully it's not 6 hours off now.  We'll be doing an overhaul of the settings/profile sections sometime soon where I'll make sure that that setting is available to be modified.
