This note has been through alot! It was torn apart and taped back together. This note would be G/VG depending on the grader. Normally, but not always, these lower grades do come with undisrable circulation handling defects. The serial number indicates that the note was towards the production range's end with 600k printed and 407k issued. The eye appeal is not optimal for most prospestive buyers but the note would make a good collection filler. It's a note you would not see that often but occasionally at shows or in collections. I can not say much for value but the best way to determine value, in my opinion, is to auction it to see what someone is willing to pay. I am not an expert on these note types so hopefully this will help abit.
