Anyone else notice the increase in sellers from China with graded Canadian notes?

I have bought several world notes from a couple Chinese sellers who also happen to sell CDN. IMO: Cdn notes are too dear right now so I avoid bidding on these.  Loads of condition rarity collectors who go stupid over common stuff.

One seller dubbed "Confucians" https://www.ebay.com/usr/confucians is based out of HK and excellent except that he no longer has TAsL (True Auction style Listings) but all BIN since the riots & protests HK has experienced over increasing Chinese government meddling.  There are also a couple other sellers I buy from based either in China, HK or Singapore.  Some of them have experienced trouble with shipping so their rates have increased to include FedEx which is another red flag for me (so I just patronize sellers who are closer to home).  It's actually a drag b/c some good currency goes for pretty cheap with these guys but I want to buy 2 or 3 when shipping gets that expensive.

I cover my experience with them on my Money Market page:
