Curious if having the lowest numbered note of a certain prefix increases the value of your note at all? Another question is , do we have any way of knowing what percentage of the collecting community uses the data base.

I would be surprised if the value of a note is affected by being the high or low note listed in the SNDB.  That's not what it's for.

As for knowing how many people use it, look at some of the statistics on the menu at the left.  That should give you some idea.
