Hello There,I find that this combination of prefix  should be considered large B and small B. What do you guys think ?Now how obvious should be the difference in size of the B's for to class as large B small B ? Thank you so much.

The small vs. large variety only occurs in the FIRST letter of the prefix.

That said, the BUB prefix is the "small/small" variety.  The BFB prefix is the "large/large" variety.  Both notes are quite common.
