10$ FEH insert?

Hello and thank you for having me.
:)
I found a seller on Ebay selling $10 journey insert notes for 27US. This is the description of one of these notes: _Knight-Dodge, serial FEH 9147758 Insert Replacement in a block of FEJ 3468000-999_
Is this bill for real?? Please help.  :)

well... the FEH note falls within the defined insert range (9M-9.98M. FEH inserts are fairly common, as for $27US, for me its well overpriced mostly because you've got a fairly large quantity of these particular inserts available and there is currently not a great demand for FEH replacement notes.
