EVA missing BPN

I was looking for missing BPN and came across this one. I thought it was funny. Here is the pic. I will post a close up of the number 3 on my next post.  Injoy the laugh.

It looks like an overlap of a digit of a stamping pad from a bank, when a teller stamps a check or something like...
