I have noticed on the forum that several Scotiabank ATM machines somewhere on the mainland still dispense $10 bills as well as $20 bills, but here in St. John's, Newfoundland, all the Scotiabank ATM's dispense $20 bills only.  Is there an explanation as to why some Scotiabank ATM's on the mainland still dispense $10 bills, but not here in Newfoundland?

Call your favourite Scotiabank and ask. All we can do is guess.
