I finally figured out what I was doing wrong and I got the subdomain for the forum to work. You can now access the forum at:
http://forum.cdnpapermoney.com That's a lot easier to remember.
I'd switch the whole system over to it, but it would break all the links you might have saved, so for now, this gets you into the main page and then it reverts to the old "cgin-bin/bla bla bla".
Likewise,
http://wiki.cdnpapermoney.com will take you to Brents Wiki lists for Highs and Lows.
