Hello, it's me.  I'm Canadian.

Just want to ask you something about the new colourized US banknotes...  What date was the first colourized US banknote released?  What denomination was it?  Was it my first inclination, the $20?

Also, if any of you have any of the new colourized US banknotes, could you please post a scan of the front and back of the note?  I am really interested to see what they look like.

The Issue of 2004 introduced the colourised $20s.  SO far, they are the ONLY colourised banknote that they have made, but others are apparently in the works.  The colours added are pale blue and pale peach--nothing dramatic like our own currency.  But as I told my American friend--it's a step in the right direction.


(I don't have a scanner so I cannot scan an image, although I HAVE seen pics online of it.  I will try to get some urls.)
