Bank of Montreal 1912

I was wondering if anyone out there would have some information concerning the scarcity of the 1912 BMO series. The 4th edition book prices show them as being very highly priced compared to most other years. I would be interested in knowing the remaining number of $10 and $20 denomination as anything higher are in institutional collections only. Any help that you may find would be extremely appreciated. Thank you in advance for you time.

Bank of Montreal 1912 Issue:
10x$10 notes,
11x$20 notes.
A detailed register of Bank of Montreal notes was published in the CPMS Newsletter for Sept. 2004.  (Back issues are available to newer members from the secretary.)
