Offset printing error ??

Look at this $20, the "wave" micro-printing is higher than normal. Look over the Queen's hair and the word CANADA.

Is this an error or do I waste too much time looking at my paper money  :P

I have one where the waves are dark and run up into the Queens face.  I really don't think that these are to significant.

Thank you Tom, that's what I tought. Like my wife tell me all the time: I wasted to much time looking at paper money.  :P
