Found this in my change this morning

What type of error does this count as? It technically isn't a misplaced serial since only one digit is shifted, but it also doesn't count as a Partial Digit Serial Number because the entire 4 is showing and no other number is.

Latest was a 1979 $20 theissen/crow, nothing special, but rare when you consider even the Bird series is quite hard to fine now..

Finally found a rotator in collectible shape...

BTW, did anyone realize that the word "rotator" is actually a palindrome (i.e. radar)?  I think that's why SWIMS is a better name  ;)
