I have got a question for you. We all know that the vertical bar in the back are used for Automatic Machine use. I would like to know if faked bills work in Change machine for example or Poker Machine etc.... ??

Yes and no.

It depends on the quality of the fake. Change machines and other automated bill receptors have systems built-in to authenticate banknotes by performing various tests. As with anything else, you get what you pay for. More expensive units check more factors of a note than cheaper units do.

The vertical bars alone merely indicate denomination. They have some infrared properties, like the serial numbers, but the simple barcodes themselves are NOT the only things a machine uses to validate a note provided.
