So do you think it is unrealistic to see the  BEL,BER or most importantly BEK (inserts and regular 2003 issue) notes exceed $1000 for the new book in july 07?

In my opinion, it is unrealistic to see the BEL/BER/BEK exceed $1000 in the new Charlton. It needs more time than a few years.

From the demand of them that I have sensed in my area, plus the fact that owners of those notes are sitting on them (not moving them), I can see the bidding price for them exceed that- but it will take a while maybe 2-3-4 years in my opinion.  Perhaps that is alittle too optimistic, but I just look at it knowing that owners are not selling.  (Unless the offer was high enough).
