So what would a this note be worth being a Repeater and insert in EF

I think he knew ..... but he called it an "Insert" rather than a "Replacement" .....

Yes... you are right. It does book at $50, i was looking at the VF column instead of the EF column. My mistake. Since it is a repeater note, repeaters dont really command much premium so i would say $50-60
