I have three consecutive 1974 RS "test notes"!!

At a coin show, they were graded by two different dealers as Unc and AU.

Possibly a "counting crease" was found for which I personally have difficulty seeing.

Since there is quite a difference of opinion in the "graded values" of these bills, is there anywhere I can take these notes to be "professionally graded" (with no intended disrespect to the kind dealers previously mentioned) for a cost to me?

I would like to eventually sell these bills, and would like to know their accurate value.

Many thanks.
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Check out this topic:

It introduced the concept of "slabbed" notes, or banknotes which have been sealed in protective hard plastic holders and graded by a professional grading service.  There are some pros and cons and the debate is still ongoing, but definitely read through that thread and see if it might be of interest to you.

Best regards...
