These ones are fairly easy, but with this basis, we can figure out the higher denoms much more easy!

$5s:
AOP:
1228xxx 87/92
1268xxx 87/92
1274xxx 80/59
1348xxx 87/92
1349xxx 86/97
1386xxx 77/77
1387xxx 64/64
1424xxx 92/87
1456xxx 76/55

Based on my findings of AOP above, I Propose that they are using the FP/BPs that are regular for BABN, but the AOP's were printed 40/on, and 5 position numbers were simply removed.  That is, the sheet was 5x8, or possibly 4x10. Not sure at this point.
Secondly, the 40000 difference between matching position numbers indicates skip numbering by 1000 for this particular area of $5s.

Therfore, if 0000000 = A1
Then:
0040000
0080000
0120000...
1200000 all = A1 as well.
Then 1228xxx is placed at the 29th position.

See: (Assuming 5x8)
1200000 = A1,
1205000 = B1
1210000 = C1
1215000 = D1
1220000 = E1
1225000 = F1 , 1226000, 1227000, 1228000 = F4.  Placing AOP 1228xxx in F4.  Therefore F4 = 87/92

So it must follow that
AOP 1268xxx 87/92 must be 40000 more than 1228 (which it is)- checks out okay at F4.
As well--
AOP 1348xxx 87/92 must be a multiple of 40000 away - which it is (80,000). Check out okay at F4.
Propose that
AOP 1349xxx 86/97 must be at F5.  (check below)

From this, I hypothesize that BABN upgraded $5s are 40/on, NOT 45/on.  Second, the skip numbering for these ones is 1000.   The conclusion of this that probably is the only thing people care about is the insert ranges, which then should be in groups of 40000 as well. (Just like CBN were skip by 500, and full range of 20000).
The probalem with BABN inserts though, is that they are so dang hard to find.  Like always, the UNC population will be minimal.

Continuing on with the notes AOP $5s....

1200000 = A1,
1205000 = B1
1210000 = C1
1215000 = D1
1220000 = E1
1225000 = F1 ==> 1265 ==> 1305 ==> 1345 = F1, 1346 = F2, 1347 = F3, 1348 = F4,  1349 = F5.
AOP 1349xxx checks out at position F5.  F5 = 86/97
1230000 = G1 ==> 1270000 = G1, 1271000, 1272000, 1273000, 1274000 = G5. Therefore
AOP 1274xxx 80/59 is position G5.

Now, 1386 and 1387 and 40000 more than 1346 and 1347.
If we know that 1348 is F4 and 1349 is F5, then we can draw the logical conclusion that 1347=1387 and 1346=1386 (Math: modulo 40,000).
Since 1348 = F4, then 1388 = F4.
Since 1388 = F4, then 1387xxx 64/64 = F3, 1386xxx 77/77 = F2.

Moving to AOP 1424xxx 92/87
1424xxx - 80000 = 1344xxx.
Since 1386 = F2, then 1346 = F2.  From this, then 1345 = F1, 1344 = E5.
Therfore, AOP 1424xxx 92/87 = E5.

Now moving to AOP 1456xxx 76/55
1215000 = D1 ==> 1295000, 1335000, 1345, 1375, 1415, 1455xxx = D1, 1456xxx = D2.
Therfore, AOP 1456xxx 76/55 = D2

Conclusion:
Known positions are F2-F5, G5, D2, E5. I will incorporate other peoples AOP findings as they come along. Please make sure to report FP/BPs when you report.

From simpson105378:
Quote
AOP1471413
fp 79
bp 75

From above, we know that
AOP 1456xxx 76/55 = D2, So
AOP 1461xxx _____ = E2
AOP 1466xxx 77/77 = F2
AOP 1471xxx 79/75 = G2
ADD G2 to the list!

Quote
AOP2616111
fp 76
bp 55
So, if 1200000 = A1, 2400000 = A1, ... , 2600000 = A1
AOP 2600000 = A1
AOP 2610000 = C1
AOP 2615000 = D1, 2616xxx = D2.  Therfore D2 = 76/55 Which MATCHES PERFECTLY.

Thank you simpson!

polarbear's AOM 1916200 56/74:
Well,
1920000 = A1, so
1915000 = H1, 1916xxx = H2. Therefore I logically place 56/74 at H2

canadian_golf_guy's AOM 0063969 75/79:
0040000 = A1
0050000 = C1
0060000 = E1, 0061, 0062, 0063xxx = E4. Therefore E4 = 75/79

simpson105378's AOM0047833 73/62
0040000 = A1
0045000 = B1, 0046, 0047xxx = B3.  Therefore B3 = 73/62.

Seth's AOL1462477 72/61
Well, 1461xxx = E2 from an earlier post, so 1462xxx = E3.  Therfore, 72/61 = E3

copperpete's AOJ4398090 90/85:
4000000 = A1
4400000 = A1
4395000 = H1, 4396, 4397, 4398xxx = H4. Therefore H4 = 90/85

Louis Chevrier's AOJ0035000-999 69/57:
0040000 = A1
0035000 = H1.  Therefore, H1 = 69/57

Seth's AOK1982408 72/61
Well, 1460xxx = E1 from a previous post.
So,
1860xxx is also E1, as is
1900xxx
1940xxx
1980xxx is E1. 1981, 1982xxx = E3 then. Therefore E3 = 72/61.  CONFIRMS with above!!!

More to come....

Mike_L's AOK 2855903 70/70
2800000 = A1
2840000 = A1
2850000 = C1
2855000 = D1  Therefore, AOK 2855903 70/70 = D1

Punkys Dad's AOK 6672794 95/65
6000000 = A1
6600000 = A1
6640000 = A1
6650000 = C1
6660000 = E1
6670000 = G1, 6671, 6672xxx = G3. Therefore, 95/65 = G3

Oldcollector's AOK1894070 67/88
2000000 = A1
1800000 = A1
1880000 = A1
1885000 = B1
1890000 = C1, 1891, 1892, 1893, 1894xxx = C5. Therefore, 67/88 = C5.

Manada's AOM2520xxx 55/76  IMPORTANT because it has to do with errors.
2400000 = A1
2480000 = A1
2520000 = A1.  ==> 2520xxx = A1.  Therefore 55/76 = A1

AOK 2040366-70 insert found in this section:
2000000 = A1
2040000 = A1.  Manny's AOK 2040366-70 Errors check out to position A1.

name1's AOK2012876 94/60:
2000000 = A1
2010000 = C1, 2011, 2012xxx= C3.  Therefore, 94/60 = C3.

I also have AOM 7925xxx 98/93
8000000 = A1
7920000 = A1
7925000 = B1. This logically places AOM 7925xxx at B1.  Therefore, B1 = 98/93.

I also have AOM 7842xxx 88/67
8000000 = A1
7920000 = A1
7840000 = A1, 7841, 7842 = A3. Therefore A3 = 88/67.

I also have AOM 0237xxx 85/90
0200000 = A1
0210000 = C1
0220000 = E1
0230000 = G1
0235000 = H1, 0236, 0237 = H3.  Therefore, H3 = 85/90

I also have AOK 4062xxx 72/61
4040000 = A1
4050000 = C1
4060000 = E1, 4061, 4062 = E3.  Therefore, E3 = 72/61 CHECKS OUT PERFECT with earlier mentioned note!
I also have AOL 9632xxx 95/65
9600000 = A1
9640000 = A1
9635000 = H1
9630000 = G1, 9631, 9632 = G3.  Therefore 95/65 = G3
CHECKS OUT PERFECT with earlier mentioned note!

sudzee's AOK2064561 92/87:
2040000 = A1
2050000 = C1
2060000 = E1 -- 2064 = E5. Confirms find in post 1.!  E5 = 92/87

I had an AOM 8290xxx 83/71
8280000 = A1
8290000 = C1 - so AOM8290xxx is placed at C1.  Therefore 83/71 = C1

I have a AOH 9550335 (insert) 61/72 found in AOM SEALED brick.
9560000 = A1
9555000 = H1
9550000 = G1.  Therefore G1 = 61/72

I have a AOP 1333xxx 93/98
1320000 = A1
1330000 = C1, 1331, 1332, 1333 = C4.  Therefore, C4 = 93/98

I have a AOP 1443xxx 66/81
1440000 = A1, 1441, 1442, 1443 = A4. Therefore, A4 = 66/81

Simpson has reported an AOH9599076 84/96
9600000 = A1
9595000 = H1, 9599 = H5.  Therefore H5 = 84/96.

Okay at this point we have:
A1 = 55/76
A3 = 88/67
A4 = 66/81

B1 = 98/93
B3 = 73/62

C1 = 83/71
C3 = 94/60
C4 = 93/98
C5 = 67/88

D1 = 70/70
D2 = 76/55

E3 = 72/61
E5 = 92/87
E4 = 75/79

F2 = 77/77
F3 = 64/64
F4 = 87/92
F5 = 86/97

G1 = 61/72
G2 = 79/75
G3 = 95/65
G5 = 80/59

H1 = 69/57
H2 = 56/74
H3 = 85/90
H4 = 90/85
H5 = 84/96

Oddly enough, BABN $10s fit too.
BTD 3759xxx 84/96
3600000 = A1
3720000 = A1
3760000 = A1,
Therfore
3755000 = H1 ==> BTD 3759xxx 84/96 = H5. Matches.

Trying 45/on:
3600000 = A1 still
3690000 = A1
3735000 = A1
3745000 = C1
3755000 = E1 ==> 3759xxx = E5.  OKay now it does not match.

BTA 6454xxx 74/56
6440000 = A1
6450000 = C1 ==> 6454xxx 74/56 = C5. Hmmm Maybe I spoke too soon about the $10s...

Going by 45/on, 1000 skips:
4500000 = A1
5400000 = A1
6300000 = A1
6390000 = A1
6435000 = A1
6445000 = C1
6455000 = E1, 6454xxx Must  = D4 ==> 74/56 = D4.   Hmm not on list.

BTC 3299xxx 57/69
3280000 = A1
3290000 = C1
3295000 = D1 ==> 3299xxx = D5 = 57/69 (Unconfirm-able at this time)

So, it looks like the $10s are going to be a little more difficult than I expected.

Okay, back to the $5s...

AOM 0046864 71/83:
0040000 = A1
0045000 = B1, 0046xxx = B2. Therefore, B2 = 71/83  NEW TO ABOVE LIST

Notes mentioned by Dean (Thank you)
AOL 3531xxx 62/73
3200000 = A1
3480000 = A1
3520000 = A1
3530000 = C1, 3531xxx = C2. Therefore C2 = 62/73  NEW TO ABOVE LIST

and AOL 2087xxx 73/62
2000000 = A1
2080000 = A1
2085000 = B1, 2086, 2087xxx = B3.  Therefore B3 = 73/62  CONFIRMS HYPOTHESIS AGAIN! (see previous post)

Cam, thank you for this one:  AOL 9972xxx 94/60
9000000 = A1
9800000 = A1
9880000 = A1
9920000 = A1
9960000 = A1
9970000 = C1, 9971, 9972 = C3.  Therefore, C3 = 94/60.  CONFIRMS HYPOTHESIS AGAIN! (see previous post)

I am going to make a bold call here and map some BABN $100s onto these $5s, based on known FP/BPs, and the info I logically arrived at here: http://www.cdnpapermoney.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?num=1166321293
I have a BKK 8506xxx 77/77.  It should be in F2, based on the info arrived at from the $5s.  IS IT IN F2?
8400000 = A1
8480000 = A1
8490000 = C1
8500000 = E1
8505000 = F1, 8506xxx = F2.  This is a confirming match.

One is not good enough, in this thread I will compare every single BABN $100 I have. It will be a long testing post.

BKK 8400001 55/76.  According to the logic tables, this should be A1.  IS IT?
8000000 = A1
8400000 = A1.  Yes this also confirms that BABN $100s follow the same mapping as $5s.

BKK 4022xxx 72/61. According to the logic tables, this should be E3.  IS IT?
4000000 = A1
4010000 = C1
4020000 = E1, 4021, 4022xxx = E3.  Yes this also confirms that BABN $100s follow the same mapping as $5s.

BKK 8403xxx 66/81. According to the logic tables, this should be A4.  IS IT?
8400xxx = A1, 8401, 8402, 8403xxx = A4. Yes this also confirms that BABN $100s follow the same mapping as $5s.

BKL 4693xxx 93/98.  According to the logic tables, this should be C4.  IS IT?
4600000 = A1
4680000 = A1
4690000 = C1, 4693xxx = C4.  Yes this also confirms that BABN $100s follow the same mapping as $5s.

BKL 7516xxx 56/74.  According to the logic tables, this should be H2.  IS IT?
7480000 = A1
7520000 = A1
7515000 = H1, 7516xxx = H2.  Yes this also confirms that BABN $100s follow the same mapping as $5s.
(as does BKL 6236xxx 56/74)

BKL 4415xxx 70/70.   According to the logic tables, this should be D1.  IS IT?
4400000 = A1
4410000 = C1
4415000 = D1.  Yes this also confirms that BABN $100s follow the same mapping as $5s.

BKJ 4514xxx 80/59.   According to the logic tables, this should be G5.  IS IT?
4520000 = A1
4515000 = H1, 4514xxx = G5.  Yes this also confirms that BABN $100s follow the same mapping as $5s.

BKJ 8282xxx 88/67.  According to the logic tables, this should be A1.  IS IT?
8280000 = A1, 8281, 8282xxx = A3.  Yes this also confirms that BABN $100s follow the same mapping as $5s.

BKJ 2432xxx 95/65.  According to the logic tables, this should be G3.  IS IT?
2400000 = A1
2420000 = E1
2430000 = G1, 2432xxx = G3.  Yes this also confirms that BABN $100s follow the same mapping as $5s.

Now, the lowest $100 mapping recorded is
BKJ 2432xxx 95/65, and the highest is: BKL 4693xxx 93/98.  It would stand to reason that the $100 notes within this range would also map the BABN $5s properly.

So, analyzing notes that fall in between these, we can nail down a few more BABN position pairs:
BKJ 8520000 = A1
8560000 = A1
8565000 = B1, 8569xxx = B5.  Therefore B5 = 74/56.

BKK 8326xxx 71/83
8280000 = A1
8320000 = A1
8325000 = B1, 8326xxx = B2.  Therefore B2 = 71/83

BKK 8553xxx 91/82
8480000 = A1
8520000 = A1
8540000 = E1
8550000 = G1, 8553xxx = G4.  Therefore G4 = 91/82

BKK 8505xxx 97/86
8520000 = A1
8515000 = H1
8505000 = F1.   Therefore F1 = 97/86

By no means is this PERFECT.   Please test your numbers.  There may be shifting between 40/sheet to 45/sheet all depending on what paper was loaded perhaps- new company ior old company- these are variables that we cannot be positive on.

Oops forgot one more from today:
AOM 7848000 99/99
7840000 = A1
7850000 = C5
7849000 = B5, 7848xxx = B4.  Therefore B4 = 99/99.

So as it sits, here are the position pairings and where they are:
Okay at this point we have:
A1 = 55/76
A2 =
A3 = 88/67
A4 = 66/81
A5 =

B1 = 98/93
B2 = 71/83 (mapped from BABN $100s)
B3 = 73/62
B4 = 99/99
B5 = 74/56 (mapped from BABN $100s)

C1 = 83/71
C2 = 62/73
C3 = 94/60
C4 = 93/98
C5 = 67/88

D1 = 70/70
D2 = 76/55
D3 =
D4 =
D5 =

E1 =
E2 =

E3 = 72/61
E5 = 92/87
E4 = 75/79

F1 = 97/86 (mapped from BABN $100s)
F2 = 77/77
F3 = 64/64
F4 = 87/92
F5 = 86/97

G1 = 61/72
G2 = 79/75
G3 = 95/65
G4 = 91/82 (mapped from BABN $100s)
G5 = 80/59

H1 = 69/57
H2 = 56/74
H3 = 85/90
H4 = 90/85
H5 = 84/96

This whole blurb about the $100s rightnow is a hypothesis, which needs to be tested.  I just find this very very very coincidental. Perhaps a little too much like a coincidence to be ignored.

Mike_L's AOK 2855903 70/70
2800000 = A1
2840000 = A1
2850000 = C1
2855000 = D1  Therefore, AOK 2855903 70/70 = D1
Okay, today I found AOK insert 2855813 in AOL 4730xxx
Here is the problem:
AOK 2855813 70/70 places it at D1  - the AOK notes are the anomaly itappears.
AOL 4730xxx 70/70 places it at C1- just like the others.

This is a discrepency, which leads me to believe that they may have fooled around with the skip numbering for the AOK.  The GCD of 40 and 45 is 1800, so they would have had to run 1800 x 45* 1000 bricks before it would match up again.  45000 * 1800 = 81 MILLION notes.  So inserting a 45 on sheet for this seems unlikely. I would suggest skip numbering change of some sort, OR, perhaps they ommitted a section of nubers (this does happen every once in a while apparantly).

For now, C1 and D1 there is a strange thing going on.  Not sure.
THis AOK thing may also lead me to saythat the D3 position may be incorrect. Will have to see.

AOK 5036xxx 96/84
5020000 = A1
5035000 = D1, 5036xxx = D2
Again, an AOK note that is weird.

AOM 9910xxx 70/70 -- C1. Sounds good.  Helps validate the AOK anomaly.
AOL 9562xxx 88/67 -- A3. Validates.
AON 8636xxx 56/74 - H2 validates.
AOM 7866xxx 77/77 -
7840, 7860, 7866 = F2, validates.
AOM 8142xxx 72/61.
8120, 8130, 8142 = E3. Validates.
AOM 7959xxx 84/96 = H5.  Validates.
AOM 8162xxx 88/67 = A3. Validates.
AOM 8217xxx 78/58 = D3.Validates.  Even validates with an AOK 4817xxx. Hmmm..
AOL 9698xxx 59/80
9680xxx = A1
9690xxx = C1
9695xxx = D1, 9698xxx = D4. SAME as above finding on this D4 position.

AOL 6658xxx 99/99
6640 = A1
6650 = C1
6655 = D1, 6656, 6657, 6658xxx = D4.  AHA!! contradiction!!..

Some point in between AOL 6658xxx  (6680000) and 9698xxx (9680000-9720000) there was some sort of odd change. No explaination at this time.  IT COULD BE that they replaced the position panel, and used it such as a rotating variable (yikes that could get ugly). I hope not.

AON 8629 86/97 = F5 Validates
AOM 8273 91/82 = G4 Validates!! Also helps validate the $100s.
AOM 8207 73/62 = B3 Validates
AOP 1384xxx 92/87 =
1320000 = A1,
1360000
1380000 = E1, 1384xxx = E5. Validates
AOM 8127 73/62 = B3. Validates
AOL 9952 95/65  SHOULD BE this way...
9800000 = A1
9920000 = A1
9940000 = E1
9950000 = F1, 9952 = F3  Again, and AOL contradicts the erst of the findings. Hmm. High AOL a problem area.  No idea why.

AOM 7897xxx 78/58 = D3. Confirms
AOL 9602 88/67 = A3. MAKES SENSE??  Hmm.  Looks like SOME AOL high work, and some do not.

AOL 9824xxx 92/87
9800000 = A1
9820000 = E1, 9824xxx = E5. CONFIRMS!! Anyone wanna get into this AOL issue?  I need some help.

I have to remember what the whole point of this was to begin with...  finding out the position layout- not to figure out every skip number variant. So I wiill focus on the task at hand.

AOP1379xxx = 57/69,
1360000 = A1
1375xxx = D1, 1379xxx = D5.  Therefore, D5 = 57/69

AOP1378xxx 59/80 should equal D4, which confirms earlier findings.

So, here we are for the BABN $5s.(FPN/BPN):

H69/5756/7485/9090/8584/96
Ina/nana/nana/nana/nana/na

Not too bad.  Right now, the C1 - D1 thing mystifies me, but I know there were changes in the skip numbering part from this alone:

But we are down to two remaining positions to fill in, and 7 left in total.  I want to stick to the point, which was laying down the sheets, and not figuring out the skip numbering stuff.
