There is a 1988 $1000 on ebay that has signatures Bonin-Thiessen and the serial number is EKA 1133194. In the 19th edition of Canadian Government Paper Money the signature changeover is 1880000.
Any thoughts about this?

There are three similar auctions from the same seller on eBay. One features a Thiessen/Crow note numbered in the Bonin range. I expect that two separate notes were scanned at the same time. Giving the benefit of doubt, I think it is reasonable to suggest that no wrongdoing is afoot.

The front of the note in this thread has some folds that can be seen in one of this sellers other auctions which has a higher number in the Bonin range.
