Does any one think its a good idea to make a Devils Face $1000 Regestry because only 30,000 were printed and is just as scarce as the 2002 $5 HPA Inserts? Do you have any ideas or thoughts?

Here is a further explanation. Since there so few we can track them down and price them based on how many examples are known. Another reason is that it is scarecer than the HPA Inserts and that has a regestry already same with devilsface replacements. Those are the reasons that we should start a regestry on the Devils Face $1000 note.

I understand, my apologizes I thought that you were inferring that the HPA inserts are worth as much as the Devil's Face $1000 notes. Anyways, I agree someone should start a registry.
