When you have 20 or 30 brand new sequential notes (that you've checked over to make sure nothing special is in there), Try flipping through them so you can see the Holostrips.  The number and the leafs descend smoothly like a flip book.    :o JAGSHEMASH!  IZ-A-NICE!  ;D

I also noticed I got an unc journey 50 that seems to have a seam where the Holostrip stops/starts.  There is a line, and more space than normal between the cycle of leaf and number on the strip.  I don't have a camera :( so I can't post a photo.  I'm sure some of you have noticed such notes.

These notes are pretty popular from what I've seen. I have a few somewhere...
I assume it appears when a roll of the holographic stripe is used up and they have to link another roll onto the end.

I think that's what it is as well.
