Pasternak/Sales cdn tire 10 cent NO SERIAL NUMBERS

I have come across a Pasternak/Sales cdn tire 10 cent bill with no serial numbers. 
My father-in-law actually got it in July and left it and another 10 cent bill in the bag that came from cdn tire.  Both bills are in mint shape. 

The bill before or after is 0300029985.

Any ideas on its value?

The 6th edition of Volume 2 of the Bilodeau Guide indicates that missing serial number notes are worth between $25.00 and $100.00 depending on the series and rariety of the note. From the serial number you report I can see it is from the CTC S27-C06 series. There are approximately 100 of these notes in circulation. I would estimate the value at $40.00 CDN
