I have a question that I hope someone can answer.
I put a bid on a banknote and then another person had outbid me.
Today I received an email from Ebay saying that the seller ended the auction early and now the item is listed with a $99.00 start bid with a BUY IT NOW price.
Can you always pull an item you put up for auction if you see that you are not getting the price you want eventhough there are bidders
