Could someone save me some time, and inform me if this is worth anything?

it's heavily circulated, probably "F", or worst.

That looks to be Series 2003, which would make it worth $10 in UNC, or face value in the stated condition of Fine. Print run of 3,200,000 notes.

Sure - Any star notes with short print runs garner higher prices. I don't have an up-to-date list of these - My catalogue is about 2 years old.
