I just happened to be looking at the WheresWilly site and noticed that NOT ONE BEL prefix has been recorded and only a mere 144 of the BEP prefix.  I would assume that this is a good indication of how rare the note is to be found in circulation.

To be honest, i think the BEL is by-far the rarest of all $10 regular prefixes, even rarer than EET L-B. I am even starting to believe that BEL is rarer than BER.
As for BER i actually think there are many out there that people have hidden away. Those who paid $1,000s on BERs may have ended way over paying. Time will only tell.

heres the link and look at the whole page(unless you need glasses)

There is no need to be rude. Yes this is a BEL note but the first item # you posted was indeed for a BEK note.

This note was previously recorded on the BEL Note Registry.  It is not a newly discovered BEL note.

  Smile from your heart.  ;D
